Hi all. I hope you enjoy my first attempt at a web page.

I will start it by telling you a little about me.I am 50 years of age and i was born and raised in St. John's Newfoundland Canada. I am married to a wonderful man now for 29 years.I have a beautiful daughter and one very beautiful grand- daughter, and of course a handsome Grandson. The kids live in the States with their father and their mother is back in Canada working on getting her visa to move back into the States to be closer to her kids, so I do not get to see them as often as I would love to.

I love my computer and you can find me on here most days in Igames playing spades, or backgammon. That is now my favorite pass time thing to do if I am not talking to my daughter in MSN. I do like doing all sorts of crafts but it seems that the computer has taken up most of my time. I also like the outdoors a lot; walking, fishing , camping, that kind of stuff when my hubby can get me away from the computer. My favorite place of all is sitting by the ocean listening to the water and watching the whales when they are around. They are fabulous to watch.

In this site I hope to share some of what Newfoundland is like and some humour. Newfoundland is a Beautiful and relaxing place to be.It has cold weather at times but it is our home and we love it here. Lots of people have heard of Newfoundland but others still did not know that we existed.

Newfoundlanders are known for their hospitality and their humour, so this is my great idea of sharing some of this with all my friends and others on the net. I hope you will enjoy viewing my page as much as I enjoy sharing it with you all.
